Interview Advocates are those who know what is at stake for everyone on their interview day. An Interview Advocates believes in interviewees on the day belief matters most. An Interview Advocate is anyone who helps shift the emotional climate from fear to possibility. An Interview Advocate is someone who intentionally shows up to support, encourage, and uplift people on the day of their interview. Interview Advocacy is liking an interviewees post, leaving a kind comment, sharing a post, sending an Interview Gram saying, “You’ve got this” and meaning it. It's holding positive intention for strangers they may never meet.
